The is a test video demonstrating and explaining how to ride the slow speed box from the IPMBA public safety cycling courses.

"Students are required to enter the box as shown, complete three circles clockwise and three counterclockwise without touching a foot to the ground or a cone with the tires, and exit the box as shown. They must perform the skill first in one direction and then the other in order to pass."

"All students must use the proper and mandatory safety equipment. EMS cyclists must have their bike equipped with panniers, weighted with 30lbs, for all on-bike testing and evaluations (backpacks are not approved for the IC at this time)."
