Whatever The Queen is or isn't, she certainly does a great deal of work both in the UK and abroad. @dudleyowl, I don't know where you live, but in my part of the good old US of A, most folks respect QE II, don't consider her "undeserving" and would welcome her warmly, Corgis and all! Also, if you see how her dogs respond to her, you know that she loves them, most important in my book! As far as the perks she gets, well, she's a head of state, her perks are far less than what Obama gets!

I noticed 7 dogs all together. 2 Long haired dachshunds or a mix of dachshund and corgi, and 5 Pembroke Welsh Corgis. Lovely! Wish there was a book or a video or a movie of Queen Elizabeth II and her corgis, dogs and horses.
