I can't even afford my own food... so how the fuck am I going to buy protein. why "haters always assuming someone's on steroids, creatin or proteins?" if you was to know me in person you'll know i'm all natural.

Well done. I'm training HSPUs too. I can't do them without parallettes though, my right hand is kinda screwed and can't take the pressurre. Right now I'm doing ordinary pushups with extra weight.

well... regular handstand push ups with out using the parallettes is more using your fingers for balance... using the parallettes is more using your wrist for balance... it's not much of a difference though... just take's alittle bit more bnt balance for the parallettes HSPU... check my other account... I did 9 HSPU on the parallettes the account name is mikeconditioning
