Vlasta Pechova is showing a budhistic exercise I t'ing t'ing. The exercise was part of regullar training in Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) in family Yang. She learned it from her teacher, master Robert Amacker. The roots of this exercise are from the 6th century and are connectet with Bodhidharma and the Shaoiln monastery.
Thanx 4 sharing this, it is a beautiful chi gong excercise rooted in shaolin! I noticed alot of moves are done in threes to represent the three diamond jewels of buddhism. The rotating arm techniques done at 40-47 and 1:25-1:30 seconds have very good fighting applications, but your horse stance needs alittle work! LoL!
