Looks like it was a mustang dyno, And also sounds like the car is a automatic. He would probably be around 280whp with a 5 speed and on a dynojet

Well I have just had my mustang tuned with stock e7's and cam. It did 240whp and 284 ftlbs.

251whp sounds about right for a 5.0 with h/c/i. There's no way your making 298 ft/lbs of torque with a CAI and an exhaust. If you where making 298ft/lbs of torque you'd have more than 221whp unless your engine completely falls on it's face after 3900 rpms.
