Serpentor and Cobra Commander as Megatron and Starscream

These two guys seemed a lot like Megatron and Starscream from transformers so I decided to give them the Decepticon voices just to show you how much alike they are. XD
Cobra Commander wants to be the leader and Serpentor won't let him.
