Wyatt's car.

CANADA - envoutant à souhait .... à la limite du superbe. On entend du Vivaldi ou du Pacalbel et ses canons et autres belles choses classisantes dans un univers sombre et angoissant.
"The Silver Mt. Zion Orchestra" est issu de "Godspeed You Black Emperor !"
Efrim Menuck : piano, guitars
Sophie Trudeau : viool
Thierry Amar : basse

WTF youtube... it just cuts out, thats bullshit

This has been a comforting and beautiful tune this last week. It is an aural representation of how I feel. Either this or Babylon was Built on fire would be my favourite ASMZ songs.

*tryingtocontrolhisfiercerage - not ... the whole ... song!

"These hands, could've moved...mountains" - Perhaps once in your entire lifetime, will you truly understand the importance of these words. It's a reminder that one person can achieve extraordinary things - We have no limits, we have no boundaries - we will never be the things that tie us down in this mortal coil. We stretch beyond the beyond, ad infinitum, until stars burn out and universes end - Even when time ends, we will continue to move mountains.

A real gem. Made me forget about the things I'm trying to forget

Love this song.
I have a hunch that it's about his Jewish heritage. In the book Maus, the main character tells of how he and other captured Jews were forced by the Nazis to "move mountains" of dirt by hand. I get the impression that this song is sort of a realization of what his life could've been had he been born in that time.

This is what my heart would sound like if it could sing.

They've also could call it like "A Song for Roger Waters after he's Dead" right?

Thank you ASMZ for making this song, it is absolutely beautiful.

One of my favorites post-rock bands... poetic, sad, melancholy and beatiful LP, a masterpiece
