xbox live customer support

i just wanted to call and make sure that if i hook up my 360 hard drive
from my banned console to my new un-modded xbox 360 that i would still
have all of the achievements that i earned from the xbox 360 games that
i downloaded. it turns out that i will be able to keep the
achievements. after a while i tried to get some information out of her
pretaining to the recent string of xbox 360 console ban waves that have
been happening and i asked her if microsoft was able to detect which
pirated games that i was playing and she told me yes they can. plus a
little extra stupidity on my behalf
