http://www.peertrainer.com/tip_of_the_day.aspx This is a clip of PEERtrainer Co-Founder Jackie Wicks going over the three steps people really need to consider when they start a diet. The first one is simply committing to a goal and how to really make it something personal, your own. The second step is to start writing things down for a week, because there is always a gap between what you think you are taking in and what you actually are. The third is to simply pick ONE thing that you can do that you know will help you make progress or that is a downfall for you.

If you like these tips, they are part of the PEERtrainer Tip Of The Day weight loss coaching series. You can go to the link above to learn more about this free program.

  • I like your site to put down what you eat. But you only have 3 meals on there. You need to put 6 on there for the people that eat 5 or 6 times a day. I started to log my food but it is missing 3 meals a day. Doug44 on your board...

  • I like all of your videos here, but is there any way you can improve your lighting to light from the front, instead of from behind and the side? It's just a little distracting...

  • Love this video and the whole peer trainer site! It's so nice to have emails answered quickly and daily tips. It helps keep you on track!
