Fun with GLITCH on a mega-sampler....

Sampling + circuit bending - Amen Break vs 808 vs DAVID ICKE

Vocal samples are pre-mangled using the GLITCH mods, then played through the sampler's circuit bent digital delay effect.....
The rest of the loops and drum samples are GLITCHed live using the GLITCH buttons and the twin rotary switches.

  • the momentary buttons do amazing things..this is one of the best bends ever.

  • This is bent.

  • @Sohah custom mods. open up the case and play around with the contacts on the circuit board. short them out... connect random contacts together - see what happens. every time you find something that creates a cool sound, solder a switch or a pot to those contacts then add all your knew switches and knobs to the case by using a dremel or similar tool. That's what "circuit bending" is and you can do it with toys if you don't wanna risk breaking something more expensive.

  • Eeeeyyyyyy!!? What are those switches on your ASR, and how do I get them?
