When you put yourself out there, you're gonna get criticism. It's easy to say "screw you, ahdowhatawant!!" but even amidst a world of critical assholes, sometimes there's shit worth listening to. So how do you tell the difference between valuable insights and nitpicky nonsense? The Dinz discusses.

Here's some constructive criticism for you.... this video is full of common sense and common knowledge and was the most boring of your videos yet. Pick something a little more interesting/inflammatory if you want views.

Best constructive criticism I've ever gotten... "go watch some videos online on how to suck dick", haha. Apparently I gave terrible blowjobs! But it was good advice... I got better at it ;P

It really isn't common sense. Most people have a black and white approach to this issue - throw all the negative out and call them "haters," or take all the negative in because you need to do what you're audience tells you to in order to be successful. This was a totally relevant topic.

I received criticism from my mother when I was 13 that my personality, compared to my 7 year old brother, was dry ( I'm guessing she meant I was boring). Honestly, I never purposely did anything to change myself because I liked the way I was. But now, 6 years later, I'm the talkative, bright one, while my brother has the dry personality.

I'm an art major so i deal with alot of constructive critisisms, and I believe that my favorite critisism was ne of my fav art teachers talking about how he really enjoyed my piece he just felt like i needed to push a bit harder, so he said he was going to construct a nice little hole with a crap ton of supplies and lock me in it and i would have to produce a hundred copies and push myself each time, in a nice way XD

I'm part of an SSA vocal jazz group and the rest of the girls give me great constructive criticism all the time. Just from being in the ensemble I've learned to handle criticism way better than I used to and I can better come to terms with things that they want changed.
