2002 BMW m3 e46 vs 2009 Acura TL SH-AWD (Both stock)

My bone stock 2002 BMW m3 e46 (1 passenger).
A lot of wheel spin on take off, chirps when going into 2nd.

2009 Acura TL SH-AWD Bone stock, no one in vehicle.
Tries to make excuses :).

i would get a 6speed manual with Sh-awd.Manual Tl is whole 1 second quicker than automatic according to edmunds and motortrend.I have beat the 2005 M3 6speed manual with my 2006 Acura Tl A-Spec with 6speed manual.previous generation Acura Tl was lighter.

These two Cars aren't in the same category. 328i vs TL would have been a better race pricewise. TL auto has crappy gear ratios, MT way better. M3 should race the NSX.

Okay....why are we racing an M3 vs a TL?? who did you think was going to win?? Lets race the G8 GXP against the M3. Yea thats what i though! The TL and the 3 series are only grouped together for pricing. We know the M3 is faster, quicker and more agile....that being said the Acura TL is a better car. Not its not the fastest, but its exceptional is every category...no one said it was a winner in a 0-60 comparison. the 3 series only quicker than the TL, but loses every other category.

The M3 is lighter, so of course it's going to be faster. Less comfortable though.

iam sure you know how to drive.go mess with 6speed manual Tl,it will be a good race.Acuras are alot quicker with manual tranny.

get the Manual TL.Also the TL AWD weighs 4oolbs more
