With the face of music on the decline, ACROSS EMPYREAN sets out to capture a new sound, coupled with abstract lyrics. Abstract in an accessible manner that is. This isn't experimental music that falls off the ends of the earth. Not sketchy, not some substandard swag, but the complete opposite. An atypical group with the business of creative flow on the forefront. With a new album on the horizon (CONJURING PHILIP), ACROSS EMPYREAN is a serious, hole-hearted attempt at shedding an intense light on all three previsouly mentioned genres. Backed by the sampled sounds carefully constructed by DJ/Producer THE LOGICAL and fronted by Poet/Lyricist EGO HIMSELF, ACROSS EMPYREAN intends to lead the new revolution in music. THE LOGICAL, packing densely fortified samples into every track, mostly avoids the regular old flavors. Strip away the samplers, computers and turntables and you have the smart lyricist EGO HIMSELF. EGO HIMSELF doesn't create campfire sing-a-long lyrics, but puts together iconic words in such a fashion as to hook the listener into his get-ready flow... ...and it is just the beginning...
