Greetings! Its time to clean out the fridge, AND celebrate my new video camera. Now I would never insult you and think that you would not know how to do this, but, sometimes we forget about something so simple and when the chips are down, and the kids are whining for something special, this could right well do the trick and satisfy that pizza tooth! So here is what I did:

I had baked a couple loaves of italian bread last week and had one I did not want to go to waste, I sliced it in half and then I sliced in long ways like for garlic bread. So now I have 4 pieces.

I had everything in the house. I didn't want to go to the store, so I used a jar of pasta sauce and a brick of mozzerella that needed to be used! I also used chopped onion, chopped green pepper, sliced pepperoni, sliced ham that I cut into squares, canned sliced ripe olives and canned sliced mushrooms.

I made pizza out of nothing, I baked it in a 350 oven for about 10 minutes until it was brown and bubbly. Then i cut each large piece into three slices so they were kind of like a piece of garlic bread, only better! We all ate pizza and had some leftover for lunch the next day.

I hope you try this and I hope you enjoy it. Until Next time, See Ya!

    A TASTY heart attack.

  • Another good tip, for the onions, is I cut mine up, and put it in a covered container with water to keep the onions potent and frest, incase you dont want to put them in your freezer.

  • You can make ANYTHING look good. I love the practicality of your meals. I wish you were MY neighbor!
