The vast majority of train stations in Melbourne have direct train services into Melbourne city or the CBD - Central Business District which consists of stations Parliament, Melbourne Central, Southern Cross and Flinders Street. In this video we see locations of Southern Cross, Flinders Street and Richmond and South Yarra which are located in the inner suburbs. Also included is a journey along the Flinders Street viaduct as well as three out of the four of Melbourne's electrified suburban railway system's rolling stocks which are Comengs, Siemens trains (one in old livery) and an X'Trapolis 100, all under Connex operations. The last of the four rolling stocks is the Hitachi which is not often seen as many have been scrapped because of old age.
