Thanks for uploading this brilliant high quality remix as I brought the vinyl in 1982 and the CD in 1990 and at that time the CD mixes were not as good. This remix album was ahead of its time.

It was great at the time and still is a top remix 'album' (sounds old now!) I dont care what anyone else says, it was COOOOOL for it's time ie 80's!!!

ddavies1967: With all respect, Mothra sez: this is not the "first of its kind in the remix/instrumental field", killer though it is!
This is a "press", a long(er) record used in clubs to mix in and out of the established (radio or LP) hit, lengthen the dance-floor time, excite the crowd, whatever.
This was meant to be simply an enhancement to the "hit", but it sounds as good today as when it was released! Thanks to hoopysab for the great post!
