Quest of Persia: Lotfali Khan Zand

"QoP: Lotfali Khan Zand" is the second installment of the "Quest of Persia" game series which is expected to be released in late 2007. It's a third person sword fighting game, which tells the story of the last great swordsman of the east, Lotfali Khan Zand, the Brave king of Persia, 200 years ago.

The "Quest of Persia" game series has been developed by the Iranian game company "Puya Arts". Their first game was "Quest of Persia: The End of Innocence" which back in 2005 became the first Iranian 3D game. Recently, the game has won several local awards including 'Best Iranian Game of the Year'.

QoP3: Nader's Sword will be much better in terms of graphic and game engine.

I believe in a couple of years Puya Arts will catch up with its western and japanese competitors.

i played it and it was not bad but it's the best for iran! we can call it "the best Persian game" ! but i think iran must've try better to make better games! i think they can get sprt by their sponsers! iranians are improving in all fields (as u said) and can create games just like "assassin's Creed" tnx for sharing... :)
