@DiezelL0zero: I have to agree with you that one needs to be very cautious when doing neck exercises. Some doctors recommend NOT to tilt your head backwards because this can cause even more damage to your cervical spine. Also, when having serious problems with the neck, be very careful with the "around the world motion" as DiezelL0zero mentioned. Having had to deal with the repercussions of a whiplash, I know what I am talking about. Nevertheless, thanks Esther for posting your great videos!!!

Neck pain is mostly cuz of stress and carrying bags all the time.

@christzouve Just turn exactly as far as you can, even if its a millimeter, and work with that.. Don't rush or push it, your body will respond to it over time..

Hello and thank you for this exercise. Did you speed it up or is this the appropriate speed for the exercise? I feel like I'm hyperventilating when breathing in/out that fast.
