It means nothing, because lateral means side and the front raise lifts to the front.
superset these with lateral raises 3 x 12 if you want to feel pain

The "lateral" in the name does not mean it works the latissimus dorsi. In fact, it works the deltoids.

that is a front raise, that grip is better isolation on the front delt, charles glass has his clients bring the up at the same time and turn wrist so bottom of the dumbbells touch
