A very funny DVD extra about filming the Fire Swamp scene in The Princess Bride apparently there were little people inside the rat suits for the scene: hilarity ensued. Just released on Blu Ray through amazon.com.

Thats great and all but I never said anything about Bethesda being sued or doing the suing only that "they" won...implying Bethesda. Being declared the winner has no requirement of whether you filed the suit or where filed against..only that you won. But ya Bethesda bought the rights in '07 and left Interplay with the rights to a multiplayer game IF they could raise $30 mill and start production by '09. Neither of which they did which is what the case was about. Now Bethesda has full rights.

They were actually in Fallout 2 as well, in a series of tunnels they'd dug underneath Klamath. They're just called giant rats when you click on them, but the player characters refers to them as RUS's in dialogue lol.

Bethesda? They weren't the one's being sued, they were the one's who filed the suit. They bought all of the rights to the Fallout franchise from Interplay ages ago, then Interplay tried to start work on a Fallout MMO despite having no right to do so. Obviously Bethesda came out on top. There was never any doubt that Bethesda could make another Fallout game, it's their franchise. They could make a hundred Fallout games if they wanted to.

Its getting near time for a new fall out. They won the lawsuit so they have the rights to make one more single player game or maybe it was two more plus the online game..but I don't really care about that.
