The Musconetcong River in Mansfield Twp/Hackettstown, NJ has flooded its banks after Hurricane Irene passed through, and inundated a commercial area from Rt. 57 in Mansfield through Mountain Avenue in Hackettstown, making access to certain neighboring towns nearly impossible. (All roads to Long Valley cross the same river!) Look for my second video by same title (1 of 2) for another view of the same river that flooded over a bridge where a car stalled out while stupidly trying to cross.
