  • FINALLY A COOL GUY INTO NT! :D!!! woooohooOO!!

  • Great video, I'm excited to make my own whey for health benefits. Great for fermenting. You're not hard to look at either ; ).

  • At the moment I drink a pint of raw milk straight from grass fed cows for post weight training recovery. Can you explain why it's better to isolate the whey for post recovery workouts? Just trying to understand, thanks.

  • Thanks for the great info, it's much appreciated. Can you explain why you have to separate the whey from the curd to get the benefit of the muscle building protein? If the whey etc., is all contained in the whole raw milk of grass fed cows, which I already buy from a local farmer, why not just drink the milk to absorb the nutrients, if it's not pasteurised, instead of changing the way it occurs in nature?

  • @rui27marne Omega 3s first and foremost, and anything else that is natural, includng saturated fat from free range animals.

  • Loved the video..I wanted to see if my finished products looked right..which they do. I made my whey/cream cheese using raw milk. My question is, is your cream cheese sour, and if so, how do you use it? I put some real maple syrup in a small portion of my cream cheese and it tastes awful! Bleh. Also, does this whey contain a lot of protein? Thanks in advance!

  • good vid mate keep up the good work.

    peace

  • awesome vid! very different! I want to make my own whey instead of buy the whey protein powder hahah!
