But it's just a cool feeling, not a breeze. A breeze is a movement of wind, which is not in any way related to my mental state. btw, found out recently baroque music causes alpha frequencies around 78 cycles per second, which is a good calm state. Not sure what amount SY does.
The most important thing is that you are in the present, that you have a quiet mind. The vibrations or the spiritual energy coming ultimately as a soothing cool breeze is the manifestation of the state of mind.
What does that mean? Why does it matter to balance the heat of your left and right hands? Also, it would seem I'm already in a constant state of being "in the present". So how could that change :P
Do you mean I will be more aware of the present? When I succeed in meditating using any method (this one is the best so far, at least, it helped me develop my own method the best) i feel that I am more aware of my physical surroundings. So maybe I am more actively present :P
Thanks for the video, it's nice to see the useful technique without some crazy philosophy by a Goddess lady. I found that once I "awakened" or however it's called, I think that's the word, I no longer needed to do any specific physical movements. I can control and induce my meditative state purely through mental efforts. It was an incredible thing to learn. If you don't mind, I'd like to hear someone else's thoughts on that. Has anyone else done this without the movements?
