Christmas in the Philippines

Christmas season is the most awaited celebration of all Filipinos. Rich or poor, they decorate their houses months before Christmas; that's why Philippines have the longest celebration of Christmas. Its from November (after halloween) to December ^_^

You can also see the trade mark of the Filipinos which is the Christmas lantern also known as "Parol" (pah-roll)

Naku I cried 22 years na akong hindi nakakaranas ng paskong pinoy... our christmas celebration is really a unique one.. walang kapantay anywhere i hope i can experience that again.. family getting together on neche buena and xmas day ang sarap...thanks for the video...

it is nice to spend xmas in the phils if u have money!!! for the poor its a hope (but this hope has 2 faces) n because of it pinoys just keep hoping that someday, someday n that day never comes.. thats why theres simbang gabi (anything with hope) the porr filipinos will embrace but it only serves to make them more lazy n rely on brother HOPE to get thenm out of their misery...

my god i miss the philippines so much, everytime i think about christmas in the philippines i cry loads:( christmas is not the same here in england ive been here since i was 10. i wish i could experience christmas in the philippines again someday. i miss the parol! the british have never heard of them before.
