Dipper Bird walking under water in Llanrwst Conwy River.
I shot this video on the 14th of December 2009, just South of Llanrwst I was on the east banks the bird was on the west banks of the river then waded in. At first I could not tell if it was an otter, a bird, or a fish. Only later did I find out this is a dipper and it is a common mistake to think it is walking under water. The bird does not really walk under water it swims under water but does look like is walking.
