Too bad that they hate their costumes.

I didn't know much about Prince (or The Revolution) so back in the day I always thought Wendy and Lisa were sisters and I remembered having a huge crush on Wendy (I still think of her when I pick up a guitar).

And the first time I saw them was (with Prince) in the Purple Rain video and I absolutely loved those costumes.

Fashion has changed a lot since the 80's but deep in our heart we all love the ''costume days'' (and the big hairdos).

@MrDunkJunk thanks for the comment. it's not so much that we hated our outfits... hard to explain. anyway, it's funny because we just found a whole box of outfits and were reminiscing fondly about them! here's to the big 80s!

Oh... I don't know about that. I know a few yrs back Prince and Wendy did a performance together. Women generally don't age as gracefully as men. They are 50+ after all. But they look ok to me.

I LOVE THIS!!! wish i could meet them! Much respect- i had a crush on Lisa first, then Wendy and Susannah at the same time. Plus im a huge fan of Prince - my favorite song is Are you my baby- it came at a time in my life that was special and i can remember the hair on my neck tingling when i played it in the car- i love the video too

@QUIZFILTER OK, I just answered my own question once I got the wild idea 2 look at your actual channel page & saw your names. AWESOME!!! So I subscribed. 2 be quite honest I'm not familiar with the work that you 2 have done apart from Prince stuff. I LOVE music & I'm 31, but apparently haven't had enough time to cram in all the music I would like to, but now that I realize you 2 have done quite a few records, I'll definitely be checking them out!!!
