Green Arrow has finished destroying the Level 33.1 labs and returned to Star City. Upon returning he found that the crime rate has risen, under the watchful eye of Daniel Brickwell, a respected member of the community that also runs the underworld. Green Arrow now patrols Star City with help from his new personal assistant Chloe Sullivan, standing up against the common thug and the super powered menace.

Oh I love this. I'd totally watch if Hartley were to get his own spinoff--especially if Allison Mack went with him! Two best characters on SV. The rest can kindly stay in Metropolis XD
