The parents are what's wrong, they "pushed" her to sing so now she believes she can. Emma looks like she's been dressed by her parents and scooted before the judges.

@katzl666 Yeah, at least he doesn't tell the bad singers that they are great. Then they might go and sing for an audience and embarrass themselves in front of a bunch of people.

I don't even think Simon was mean. The dress was ugly, she sang out of tune and like a 5 year old. She can't sing. As far as I can tell, Simon hit the nail on the head.

In my opinion Simon has never been insulting - he is just straight forward and wastes no time. He's got balls and says what most poeple think
