wat i do is using redsn0w beta7 and go to extras and click select ipsw choose 4.3.1 after u select ipsw click pwned dfu after that open your itunes restore together click the shift and choose the ipsw 4.3.5 again and your done dude i hope it gonna work to your ipod :)

@p2h2006 .i fixed mine with ireb for ios 3.x to 4..x[ release 4] iH8sn0w.com by rebooting, i kept pressing power+ home button a cartoon came up then i jailbroke it with ireb open itunes,shift restore with customize firmware. only problems i have does not restore with itunes cydia does not open and wifie does not recognize my router. the rest works perfectly. make sure ur power button works+home button+ usb cord.latest itunes updates. (this's a temporary solution)

you must resimble your iphone and remove the battery for 8 hours then u can collect it again and to make update to the current version of your iphone.

What you do is first turn off your iphone or iTouch. then hold down the home and power button for 10 sec. When the 10 sec are up you release the power button and continue to hold the open button until a window pops up on your computer that says waiting for ipod.

hey i am having the same problem, how did u fix yours??? dont say restore become my charger w3ont work and i cannot connect it to itunes, also the home button dosnt work

@p2h2006: hey!,,, what do you mean with "released it just right"?? Can you expleain a little more?? I can't get my iPhone out of that loop!!

Yeah A friend of mine had this problem but when he did a full restore to 1.1.4 and with clean Iphone with the firmware locked then he ran the PwnageTool and then it worked.
I fixed it by holding down power+home and released it just right.. den started it with home button pressed down.
