if you can, simply be with the thought, don't try to change it, just observe it without trying to change it - this should lead to stopping identifying with the thought, leaving one free to bring attention back to the breath - or to whatever one is focussing on. Meditation is very often characterised by struggling with oneself - if it helps, what I do is simply to remind myself that all I have to do is to return my attention to the breath, and not worry about thoughts, & all will come eventually

@behzad500bc i started about 2 years ago man i was in so much fear but when i started understanding the whole thing it is just my mind playing games on me. now i am in much more peace full than i was before. if i can do it you can do it because we are one spirit . peace to you

@yonatabyoni no i think im doing it wrong or im taking it too seriously every couple of months i do it for couple of days and then i become anxiuos as im meditating so i just get scared and i stop .

how many times does your god uses the bathroom a day? oh plus your god ugly too.
