Pozhao village is located in Shananxi Province, China. The well drilling project aims at solving water shortage, which affects local farmers' life for longtime. Meanwhile the well will be managed by Pozhao Elementary School who will collect low fees to support village children' education. This sustainable tuition aid project is funded by UPM and the Phelex Foundation.
