@ArkRed1 Streak O'Lean Streak O'Fat is basically the same tune except HBLIG's third part is SOLSOF's 2nd part and SOLSOF has a different 4th part.

I believe this tune is called Streak O Lean, Streak O Fat, instead of Hell Broke Loose in Georgia.

Wow forgot how good it sounded, thanks for posting this AC

Just wished Clifftop was a little closer. Looks like it's about 900+ miles from where I live in the Ozarks. Wish we had some old time music festivals here, but it just doesn't happen. What a shame. Would love to have some of you fine musicians come here to pick and grin. Thank goodness someone posted this on YouTube. It lets me know there's still great music out there.

I have to learn this one. Fun tune. Flows like a charm. Some tricky parts to catch. New challenge!! Thanks for sharing it.
Are the fiddles tuned standard? Sounds like they are in C. Great tune. I'm with Rachel, I didn't want the tune to end. Is it a Gid Tanner or John Carson tune?

It's a C tune in standard tuning (as far as I can remember). It was a Fiddling John Carson tune and was also played by Lowe Stokes (of the Skillet Lickers and Clayton McMichen's Hometown Boys), as well as other fiddlers. It was much fun playing guitar at this jam!!!
