I have to agree, I dont know why it is so relaxing, but it is. My kids basically know now its just for mom to relax before bed. My husband hasnt seen me staring at a set of nails caressing noodle packages yet. He does know I like certain sounds to fall asleep to though. No sense in hiding it, we have been married for 17 years now. He does like the sound of rain, as do I so there is somewhat of a connection.
