Since founding their company Tone It Up (ToneItUp.com) in January 2009, certified personal trainers Karena Dawn and Katrina Hodgson have opened a fitness studio in Hermosa Beach and launched a workout DVD series. They were recently called the "New Faces of Fitness" by Jane Fonda.

What are you saying? I can't follow. 1/1000 girls will look like K&K? Not true... Don't set goals too high? What's the point of a goal then? A "perfect" body can mean a lot of things to a lot of different women... and to say that it won't help in life is ignorant.

It really doesn't take two years, it just depends on the determination and diet. It also depends on the weight you are now. You should be working out 2-4 times a week. Have a good cardio, then workout from 20-30 minutes. But a good workout. And really push yourself in the end. If you're not dripping sweat somewhere in your workout you need to do more. Nothing is impossible, just takes determination :)

it takes like 2 years or so, of training and good diet so u can have a fit body like them. Of course it all depends on ur body structure, some girls will always be thicker than others. What's unrealistic is setting a goal that u will look like them in 3-6 months! But u can definitely be as fit as them!

A good sized ball would be one that goes up to your knee. Most ball workouts i've seen the ball is at knee height of the user.
