I think Carroll C'connor is the only actor who can make you laugh hysterically without saying anything!!! Only his looks and faces and the way he moves his head and eyes are so funny. What a talented actor he was.

There's also a bit they edited out of this episode that I seem to remember when I saw this originally. The reason that Quigley can add the register tape so fast is that he was an accountant for 40 years before he was "retired". If you look closely, you can tell that something was taken out. Why they would edit that out, I don't know because it's a neat bit of explanation for the the character.
