http://reasonablefaith.org - Biola University, 2010 - Perhaps the worst objections to the Kalam Cosmological Argument you'll ever hear is on youtube (by youtube atheists) and the Internet. Here, Dr. William Lane Craig has fun dealing with these pseudo-intellects and their shallow understanding of the Kalam Cosmological Argument, logic and philosophy. In this episode, Dr. Craig deals with the fallacy of composition.

  • 1)- that something cannot come from nothing. False. In a vaccum, quarks and anti-quarks spontaneously spring in and out of existence. His support for this is that it is "intuitively obvious", which is a fallacy, since the physics which describes the fundamentals of the universe are neither intuitive no obvious.

  • @LoganGalt8810 *SIGH* The quantum vacuum is not nothing, genius. It's a sea of energy. Lose the pop science, please.

  • i would so love to see a debate with Dr Craig vs Matt Dillahunty from the atheist experience show. it would be awesome I think.

  • @gerinja You might as well have Dr. Craig debate a pizza delivery boy.

  • John you should make a video of yourself staring down the camera. Just that. You staring into our souls.

  • @iMentieth That would be creepie.

  • It is both funny and sad to watch these 'worst objections'.

It's funny watching people who espouse reason and evidence deny them when they do not like the conclusions they bring.

It's sad watching people lie to themselves about the deepest question with the deepest implications (is there a God).

    Thanks for these uploads drcraigvideos.

  • @shimwah No - god does not have a cause - god is a dis-embodied mind. He is not made out of matter. Matter definately has a cause though.

  • @gerinja Matt Dillahunty got chewed up and spat out by KabaneTheChristian, just imagine what WLC would do, lol! Dillahunty is only good at over-the-phone rhetorical tricks against ignorant believers that don't know their bibles well. ACA's strategy for "pwning" is Christian victims goes like this:

    1. Ask a LOADED question to the theist

    2. If the theist takes even a split second to answer, tell them how ignorant they are and rant for 10 minutes about how stupid religious faith is.

  • @1GodOnlyOne Whats the argument for God NOT having a cause?

  • @lonematrix48 That would be like watching Mike Tyson (AKA WLC) in a boxing match against Kermit the Frog (AKA Dillahunty).

  • @shimwah Nope. But then again, you knew that, didn't you?

  • @drcraigvideos LOLOLOLOLOLOL!

    ...or the delivery boy's dog!

    =)

  • So by this reasoning, God has a cause?

  • @gerinja Matt mentioned at one point he wants to debate WLC, but WLC only accepts debates with people who have PHDs or similar qualifications, which is a shame, it would be interesting to watch.
