  • song name ?

All because of metabolism, and he can't run a block because he isn't use to much cardio activity as well it is alot of weight to move around which is unnatural for his body type.

  • @openminded2

I have tried before because I wanted to gain 10 pounds. However, my metabolism is too fast and I gained nothing from the diet. Especially since I kept doing cardio. If I wanted to be bigger I would have to stop ALL cardio work and eat while lifting weights. I don't want any clogged arteries when I am older so I thought it was a bad route to take.

My friend however is big and goes to bodybuilding competitions. If he misses a meal he looses 10 pounds in one day.

You are right, you won't grow HUGE muscles and boxers usually lean out because of all the cardiowork they do in order to last 12 rounds of boxing.

Your size is impressive and I have seen the progress from when you were younger. If that is what you are after, you are doing well. I have a friend of mine who is 40 something years old. He is small naturally like me, with all the suppliments and strict diet he has to have it is intense.

  • Luv your body.

  • @kyoshokusokogaiba If you begin weight training and stop doing these exercises you will lose the technique and ability to perform bodyweight exercises comfortably if they are not part of your routine... I used to do one handed press ups for 20 reps aside at 55kg then started bodybuilding and at 73kg i struggle to hit 50 normal push ups myself... but you can be sure he can press his bodyweight on a bar with alot more reps than someone who doesn't lift... its all technique and adaptation

  • when did you start training? i'm very skinny.. how long does it take to become like that and what you gotta do for it? xp
