Any time you hit the road in this conference, you have to be really focused. Greenbrier committed two turnovers in the first five minutes, but then posted 607 total offensive yards in a 48-23 win against the Airedales on Friday night. Alma committed five turnovers, including four interceptions and had just 99 yards and six first downs in the first half. Alma, despite good efforts all week and being focused, could not come back from the early deficit trailed all night long. The schedule doesn't get any easier for any of the teams in the pennant race, but especially not for Greenbrier. The Panthers travel to Greenwood next week before closing against Faulkner County rival Vilonia. Follow the Airedales next week at home for Senior Night as they host the Siloam Springs Panthers!
