  • Seriously omg. Just because something has a large amount of one nutrient doesnt mean its a nutrient rich food. mcdonalds? this guy is ridiculous. its loaded with saturated fat, sodium and sugar.

  • I don't like to post negatively on peoples videos but this guy is severely misinformed and does not know what he is talking about. He is working for the wrong magazine then.

  • McDonald's and Wendy's Chili?!? Are you F***ING kidding me? Protein does not create protein in the body, AMINO ACIDS create protein in the body... Extruded cereals, processed foods... NOT HEALTHY!!

  • Throughout this video, I wanted to hit the idiot who suggested foods that will NOT help you lose weight in the face.

  • I suppose if you had to eat at McDonald's, try to go with a more healthier choice. No Fries, no cheese on the burger. They have salads. Stay away from soda. I think that's what this guy is trying to say. I know that's what my nutritionist said to me.

  • eating too much protein is actually not good for you

  • obviously McDonalds payed these people or sponsors them.

  • This video is great if you currently weigh 100+ kg, and have ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE and you want to fool yourself and your family into thinking you're making "changes". This is not about "eating healthy" as promoted, it's about "not eating that bad".

  • Okay, this guy is very wrong about nutrition. It's not always the number of calories, but the type of calories. Old-fashioned oat meal is better than quick oats. McDonalds, no--the bread has refined flours that quickly become sugar, the eggs--probably not pastured eggs. Progresso soup---no! Make your own. The beef from the chili--no, see Fastfood Nation. Albacore--no, mercury, try Alaskan red sockeye.

  • In my own humble opinion, I know that comments are nice and give feedback. But, it really isn't all that bad. You may say that Matt Bean is promoting mcdonald's similar to Eat This! Not That! book, but unless you provide evidence, that's similar to the ''bullshit'' comments you give to that guy. It's simply advise to make other people's lives (not superbly) but a little bit healthier than the present day misfortunes they have right now.

  • MCDonlads is bad, I don't give a shit what this douche bag says.. that is common sense! Why the hell do you think American's are so fucking fat?? HELLOOO, it's due to this fast food shit. Cook at home and make some healthy fresh stuff, you can always freeze it too.
