I remember an EMT buddy of mine who worked at an auto dealer as a mechanic complaining about having to work on these trucks. The railroad would bring them in for 'warrenty' work, but there is nothing standard about them below the framerails. Custom suspensions, custom narrowed axles, rail trucks & hydraulic tanks, all of which make the trucks nearly impossable to work on.
