Just an amusing observation.
Your astronaut would be several hundred miles tall, considering that the lunar photo you used was taken from orbit not from the surface.

Thanks. Another noob-question. Has there been a Buzz Aldrin figure or are uniforms and equipment sold seperately?

Uhhh...Why not just film in front of a blue/green screen with a blue/green stand? I am just curious cause thats what I am gonna do with a few of my stopmotions.

I shot this BEFORE I had software with greenscreen capabilities. I was experimenting with ways to edit out the rigging (stands) and add backgrounds. After doing both greenscreen keying and frame-by-frame editing, I think I get better results by going frame-by-frame. Keying is easier, but editing the individual frames gives me a cleaner look. (just my personal preference)

What program/s do you use? I've got StopMotionPro

Currently, I use PhotoShop, Flash, After Effects and Windows Movie Maker at various times throughout the production process. If I had Stop-Motion Pro and an SLR camera with Tru View, my work would be at a WHOLE new level!

Thanks. It's a Hasbro Buzz Aldrin uniform on a custom 12" figure body with a Mace Windu headsculpt.
