Really? Why do we see so many people performing utterly HORRIBLE form in Xfit in front of their instructors? There is no "design" to Crossfit at all, dude; there is the jumble of exercises you do (and Oly lifts that you bastardize), but there is no design.
Where are the "proper mechanics" to the pullup? What about burpees? Even the squatting tutorials on youtube by Crossfit are bad (knees over toes).

Totally.... I've seen almsot all of the crossfit 'athletes' swinging their legs like monkeys to do chin ups! Crossfit is like speedwalking of bodybuilding.

Not one person in any of these sample deadlifts is wearing the right kind of shoes. Everyone's got crazy heel-lifting runners (tilts you forward and completely changes the 'natural mechanics' this idiot is talking about). Big difference when you're moving real weight, but you can still hurt yourself at light weights without a good connection to the ground. Crossfit is gay because it's a bunch of pussies thinking they're better than everyone else.

Most commenters here are a bunch of adolescent form nazis. The folks here are not Oly lifters or whatever. They are demonstrating decent dead lift form with typical variations due to anatomy and typical variants of form that are not ideal but typical. If you listen to these prepubescent commenters you will never get started doing dead lifts. Get started and let the kids impress themselves with their erudite awesomeness. Perfect form is something you work towards.
