Your literalism is based on the errant assumptions of a midieval monk named Ussher. Even the early church fathers of the first few centuries accepted the possibility of taking Genesis figuratively in light of new discoveries.

Jesus was neither lying nor ignorant. These verses neither disprove evolution nor prove a literal creation. Some time during the very old history of the Earth, God had created sexual reproduction. The Cambrian explosion of 500 million years ago accounts for this, and these verses actually seem to be in harmony with it.
