  • everything you have posted really helps me. thank you stephan kesting.

  • Hey, thanks a lot. It's really neat to see how other people tick, when they have an expensive clock, that is. Inspiring, because you are being an example of giving to others, not just of what you know, but what you are. This is bigger than sport. This is something we all want to do.

  • I knew you were a ninja!

J/K :-). You really seem to have been fortunate to train with a lot of interesting people.

  • @Fryeza He's not but your are an idiot!

  • @Fryeza I'm gonna go ahead and guess he just shaves his head there, genius. When you wear your hair long it gets pulled out.

  • Hey Stephan, are you neo-nazi?

  • Great Video!

  • I ordered the iPhone application and really love it. Extremely handy on the mat so you dont have to mess with books... Great application and instruction. Thanks...

  • Great attitude dude. I have noticed in my experience that :seasoned" grapplers are a lot more humble. I think after getting choked and thrown so many times over the years we just don't think we are "bullet proof" anymore.

  • This is great, Stephan. I'm the same way. I still have that book (by Weiss & Philbin). From a guy who has 5 of your DVDs (they're the best), I do enjoy the back stories and blogs that you post. Thanks and Keep making them.

  • thanks Stephan

very informative! Great to get a bit of information rgarding your "back story"!

Damn that comment made you sound like a comic book character or something

But hey, nothing wrong with that!
