This is a sponsor I.D., apparently from the beginning of the second half-hour of a 1961 episode {this one on behalf of Sterling Drug, the makers of "Bayer" and "Phillips" at the time}- General Motors' Chevrolet division usually sponsored the first half-hour [that's why Buzz and Tod drove a Corvette].
