Xtranormal State Tutorial Using External Text-to-Speech Engine

Quick tutorial showing a faster workflow for Xtranormal's State when using an external Text-to-Speech engine without having to go throgh the step of saving the file as an MP3 first and then uploading it. This is accomplished by setting the Windows Wave Out Mix as the default recording device. The tutorial starts by demonstrating how to enable Wave Out Mix recording in Windows 7 (same in Windows Vista). Microsoft set the Recording tab to hide disabled devices by default, so you have to right-click the panel to Show hidden devices, then enable the Stereo Mix. The tutorial then shows you how to quickly generate and record the TTS voices in State.
