Our friend Akiko from college visited with another former exchange student, also named Yuuki. (Btw, Yuuki is usually a boys name that means 'courage'... where Yuki is usually a girls name that means 'snow')

Haha I like the idea of Russian roulette gyoza eating! Gyoza is my favourite Japanese dish since I took the first bite. It just has everything I want from my food: ground meat and some veggies, spiciness of garlic inside, soy sauce and chili oil outside and a semicrisp noodle dough wrapping. So I wouldn't mind even more fun while eating them the way you did lol
