@foolmoose ... One thing important in spanish and english is the articles and use of prepositions. In your sentence, remember that people speak to other people rather than "on" other people. The preposition is either "to" or "at" in this case. Hope this helps. :-)

@foolmoose his name is dippy and he ate junk food for years and years that contained dangerous saturated fats. he ended up with type 2 diabetes which he had to take pills for. he continued to eat badly and died due to his organs failing. his parents were partly to blame. hope this clarifies things..
