@HLRisma How do you set your handicap, and when you mash all the buttons together to make his hands glow, what does that do?

you set ur handicap at the beginning of a VS battle. Glowing hands triggers an automatic counter hit. You see when i charged my hands then kicked heihachi he stepped back a few well that was the counter hit affect of my kick without my hands glowing heihachi wouldn't stepped back.
