Every 30 seconds a child dies of Malaria. It claims 1.3 million lives a year. Ian Thornley wrote this song with the intention of creating awareness for the Malaria epidemic in Africa and to raise money to help fund the "Spread the Net" program, which gives families in Africa mosquito nets to sleep under, protecting them from this deadly virus.

Great song. I agree with MARCGOOSE that he is underrated and extremely talented. Saw him in Barrie in December. It was an awesome show. Definitely my favorite musician.
